Scholarship Opportunities

1) The St. Louis Tionól offers 2 scholarships for students under 25. 

Two piping scholarships - one open to any piper under 25 and one open to any female piper under 25.

One fiddle scholarship for a young fiddle player under 25.

Please write us a letter with information about you (address and so on), what instrument you play, how long you've been playing and who your teacher is.  A picture of you playing your instrument and some audio would be helpful.    Please, also include a recommendation from your teacher.   If you're under 18, please have your parent or guardian also sign.  And, make sure to include an email address.  Please email to mmullins "at sign" tionol dot org.

Applications must be received by April 10, 2026

The scholarship will cover workshop fees and one Saturday concert tickets.  It does not cover travel, food, or lodging, lunch on Saturday, etc.
